Our philosophy to grooming

Is to provide the best possible service to both clients and their dogs in a clean and comfortable environment. At the same time making sure that their dogs are professionally handle and guide through the grooming process with a peace of mind. For dogs that have been mishandled or frighten in the past, we will take time to work with their dogs to help them overcome the fear. So that them can better enjoy the wholesome grooming experience.

Purpose of grooming

The purpose of grooming your dog is to ensure that the dog is kept clean, check for any skin related problems as well as parasite at the time of grooming.

In our professional grooming, we covered areas like cleaning the ears, trimming the nails, trimming the fur underneath the feet, trimming of fur around the rectum, trimming of fur underneath the tummy, 2 shampoo baths plus 1 conditional bath, blow dry and lastly the final show trim.

Our Salon

Our salon is kept clean and our equipment is disinfected every time after a session. All dogs are kept in solid built up stainless steel cages prior to grooming and after grooming in an air conditioned room. We used the brand “No. 1 All System Shampoos and Conditionals” in all our grooming within the salon.
